Tammy joined Sincera as Director of Project Management in 2010, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management , process engineering, software development and testing. Her background spans multiple industries including Telecommunications (XNT Systems, Excel Switching, Lucent), Financial Services (Fidelity Investments), eCommerce Software (Silknet, Kana Communications), and State and Federal Government (Raytheon, DRC). She has worked in a variety of businesses from startups to Fortune 100 companies, and brings to Sincera a powerful and diverse set of business strategies, methods and tools.
Tammy has received formal training in Project Management and Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies. She oversees both internal and external projects for Sincera, including software development, professional services and training projects. She is focused on improving communication, processes and tools. Tammy also ensures that our expert resources provide real-time response and ‘best in class’ results for our clients and our company.
