Ruth Anne has been with Sincera since its first project and was the first partner to join the company. Her role encompasses managing Sincera’s resources and working with customers to meet their project goals. With a background combining both telecommunications and project management experience, she can appreciate the customer’s needs and challenges related to network data management.
Ruth Anne has been in telecommunications for over 25 years. She started her career at Nynex where she held positions in engineering and planning organizations with responsibility for management of staff, operations, and projects. As Area Operations Manager for northern New England, her team engineered optical transport rings and did service provisioning. As the Staff Director for Network Planning in New England, her team determined timing and technology for network expansion and modernization.
Subsequently, she managed projects such as hub installations for an IEC, Y2K upgrades for a LEC, and POP turn-ups for an ISP. Before joining Sincera, Ruth Anne worked for Granite Systems professional services as a Senior Project Manager in the professional services group. Ruth Anne insures that Sincera’s customers have the staffing, planning, tracking, and reporting necessary to keep their project on track.
