Sincera is committed to delivering excellence in our training classes. Our training covers the entire Granite^® platform, and can be delivered to suit your organization.

On-site training – our trainers will come to your location, bringing a portable training environment with them. We’ll be right there with your students, offering the full classroom experience, using our own in-house training materials and documentation. Our training includes everything from basic end user training to programming for system implementers and developers. And all of our courses can be customized to fit your needs, including using your actual network data to train with.

Web-based training – time constraints, distance and budget can often make it impractical to bring your staff together for training. For those situations, Sincera offers remote web-based training. You’ll get a live trainer presenting the course information directly to your user’s screens, and a conference bridge where the entire class can ask questions and interact with the trainer.

Computer-based training (CBT) – when you want your organization to have ready access to training materials no matter the day or the time, consider our computer-based training materials. Depending on your specific requirements, these vary from simple screen capture videos to full-fledged online courses, complete with testing requirements and full compliance reporting. These are particularly useful for the fulfillment of regular training needs. As always, our CBT course can be customized to use your specific network data and your business processes.
